Lilliput Direct orders are dispatched using a next working day service for all parcel shipments where items are in stock. All services require a signature on delivery for security and safety.
Deliveries are arranged through DHL, Interlink Express or Royal Mail depending on weight and size of a shipment.
Please note that Saturday and Pre 12:00 shipments are available but there will be extra charges incurred for these services and cutoffs for these services are at 12:00pm
Items dispatched to the EU economic zone are shipped using DHL economy shipping or Fedex International Economy shipping. Shipping times can vary based on distance - we provide tracking numbers for the shipment to the registered email address for the order for customers to follow the shipment.

Items dispatched to outside the EU economic zone are shipped using DHL economy shipping or Fedex International Economy shipping as above. Shipping times and pricing are as above.
Items outside of the EU economic zone may be charged additional customs duties dependant on country. These fees are NOT the responsibility of Lilliput Direct and must be paid by the customer.
Customs clearing may require the harmonised codes for products ordered via Lilliput Direct. For reference purposes these can be found below:

Please note that these codes are generalised for the range of products sold by Lilliput Direct. More specific codes may by required for certain products. If there are any issues please contact us.
General delivery notes:
For UK domestic deliveries smaller items will be handled by the Royal Mail at the discretion of Lilliput Direct
For security reasons, on certain orders we will be unable to dispatch the goods to an address different to the registered payment address. We will inform you of this prior to sending the goods out for delivery.
If there is nobody at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the courier of choice will leave a note at your door for you to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot.
For security, we do not ship to PO Box numbers.
For overseas and international orders we accept payment by Paypal Express Checkout. In certain cases this can cause delay for the clearing of payment. In these cases you will be emailed to inform you of the delay to the shipping of your goods.
If you wish to order an item from outside of Europe, please email using the contact form in the footer below stating the product you wish to order, the quantity, and the country the goods are to be dispatched to. We will respond with a formal quotation including shipping charges.
For delays in dispatch due to lack of stock the customer will be emailed with the expected dispatch time.
2.45 pm GMT is the cut off time for same day despatch (UK addresses).
12:00pm GMT is the cut off for international orders (Mainland Europe and beyond)
Orders placed after the stated cutoff will be processed and shipped the following working day. Orders placed after stated cutoff on Fridays and on the weekend, will be dispatched Monday.
Remote Area Shipments:
Please note: We use a combination of couriers in order to provide the best service and value for money possible. In some cases the courier companies flag shipments as REMOTE AREA.
Remote areas are not covered by offers relating to delivery such as free shipping, or flat rate shipping. Additionally we reserve the right to request a surcharge to cover additional costs for shipping to remote areas. In these cases the surcharge must be paid before dispatch can be made - we accept no responsibility for any costs incurred for delays to shipments
Orders can be cancelled without further charge at this point if the customer wishes to no longer proceed with their order.
